The National Cancer Institute intends to negotiate with R.O.W. Sciences, Inc. for additional contractor services for the performance of research support services under Contract No. N01-CN-15348. This project includes scientific, technical, and logistical support to the Cancer Control Science Program through the task order mechanism. The additional services are necessary to provide continuation of ongoing research support services without interruption for several task orders that have been initiated and are in various stages of completion. Inherent duplication of cost to the Government and unacceptable delays in completing the tasks make competition infeasible for this phase-out period. No collect calls will be accepted.
