It is required that APPOINTMENT, CONFIRM and REFILL applications be already proven and operational at other VAMC's. The system must be written im MUMPS and use VA Standard networking including DDP and Ethernet. Reports must be in VA Standard Fileman. Reports and System Paragmeter changes must be available from any terminal or printer at the VAMC. The system must be totally turnkey in nature, and there must be no programming required by VA Personnel. Firms meeting these qualifications may request the solicitation package by faxing a request to the attention of the Contracting Officer at 909/422-3139.
