The work includes an addition to be added to the South-East corner of Building 1222 which will contain an exterior building entrance, expanded accessible restroom facilities, a galley, an additional conference room, and minor wall installations in existing space. Also modifications to the North-West corner of Building 1222 which will include a wheel-chair lift to the state level, a ''greenroom'' speaker waiting area, a re-design of the corridor to the outside, and a building addition which will include an accessible restroom, cold storage, and freezer enclosure.
