Scope of work: The work consists of providing all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to replace/retrofit an existing 1500 Ton Centrifugal Chiller with two (2) new 750 Ton compressors and motors. The existing condenser, evaporator, intercooler and tube oil system will be reused. The existing evaporator and the evaporator for chiller #2 will be retubed and converted to HFC-134a refrigerant. New suction and discharge piping will be installed. No Pre Proposal Conference is scheduled. The estimated price range is between $600,000.00 and $1,100,000.00 with completion required within 200 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
