All work to be performed at McChord AFB, Washington. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance is 150 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is expected to issue on or about 14 Aug 95, with a bid opening date projected to be 13 Sep 95. This acquisition is being conidered for SDB set-aside. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 10 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the cited point of contact, evidence of capability to perform and positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, this office will issue the solicitation under full and open competition procedures without further notice and all responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
