The work is located at the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station, Barbers Point, Oahu, Hawaii. This is a performance specification which includes all work needed to provide a satisfactory and operable air conditoning system. All work to be completed no later than 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract to be awarded under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. This solicitation is issued under the simplified acquisition threshold. The resulting contract shall not exceed $50,000.
