This project consists of replacing built-up roof systems on seven facilities. One of the seven facilities is to receive an ethylene propylene diene monomer single-ply roof system. The remaining facilities are to receive aggregate surfaced built-up roof system. The specifications do require the contractor to deliver, use, store, or handle hazardous material at this government activity. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. 1 Job, Deliver to Barksdale AFB, F16602 95 B0031. Anticipated issue date is 09 August 1995. Anticipated opening date is 08 September 1995. Performance time will be 150 calendar days. ``This action is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but not later than 02 August 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligiblility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references.''
