G -- VOCATIONAL COUNSELING SOL IFB 508-21-96 DUE 083095 POC Contracting Officer, Angela Allen, (404)329-4600 Contractor shall provide educational and vocational counseling services for veteran clients of the Veterans Benefits Administration section of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs of Atlanta, GA. Work to include comprehensive intake interviews, test administration, scoring and interpretation, etc. Contractor must hold an advanced degree in one of the following fields: Rehabilitation Counseling,Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or Guidance and Counseling. Contractor may also be considered if they are a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Vocational Evaluator, Certified Insurance Rehabilitation Specialist, National Board Certified Counselor. Potential Contractor must also have office in the Macon area. The contract period will be for one base year and two option years. Bid packages must be requested in writing. Issuance of packages will be on or around August 1, 1995. The bid opening is scheduled for August 31, 1995. Contract award is pending availability of funds. This is a total small buisness set-aside.
