All responsible sources are invited to submit availability, pricing, delivery, and descriptive literature for upgrading M31A1 Infantry Target Devices. The equipment must be able to meet the following specifications: (1) Upgrade from hard power to radio control; (2) Take THMTG (Target Holding Mechanism Tank Gunnery) hard wire to radio control; (3) Both devices to work on one transceiver; (4) Ability to pop up, count hits, and fall; (5) Distance of 0 - 2000 meters; (6) Hooks up to hard wire computer; (7) Take portable system out in the field and hook into the hard wire system; and (8) System must be ready to execute with the existing equipment.
