Work includes replacement of 2 existing HVC and computer power annunciator panels and associated new monitoring system in Bldgs 7000 and 7050. Also replace 3 existing 3'' diameter roof drains and 3 existing 3'' diameter overflow drains to be replaced with 6'' diameter drains. Also, new rainwater leaders will be installed to the exterior of the building. The existing cap flashing and neglect counterflashing on the interior side of the roof parapet wall shall be removed and replaced with new flashing. General roofing repair and patching shall be provided in these areas. Also furnish and install 2 chilled water computer room air conditioning (CRAC) Units, route chilled water piping from the mechanical room to new CRAC units, and make control modification to other HVAC systems serving computer room. This procurement is a 100% Small Disadvantage Business set aside. The magnitude of this project is between $250K and $50K. A $40.00 non-refundable fee will be required with the written request for the solicitation package. Only certified or cashiers checks made payable DAO-DE Vandenberg AFB will be accepted, no personal checks. Request for solicitation will not be honored after initial supply has been depleted.
