Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to repair/replace septic systems at multiple facilities. Projects consist of thirty (30) facilities and includes filling of oxidation ponds; furnish and install septic tanks at nine (9) facilities; construct leach fields; removal of holding tanks; pump and clean septic tanks; construct force mains; abandon/remove septic tanks; abandon leach fields; abandon/fill manholes; construct ETIs; removal and disposal of package plants; construction of monitor wells; and construct lift station. The magnitude of this project is between $500K and $1M and will be solicited under Standard Industrial Classification Code 1611. This project is restricted to Small Disadvantaged Business participation only. A charge of $50.00 is required for each solicitation package requested. Payment must be made by cashiers check or money order only made payable to DAO-DE, Vandenberg AFB, CA. Personal checks will not be accepted. Notice to Bidders: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. No refunds will be made if project is subsequently cancelled.
