Work on this project includes the installation of a new 1,000 gallon septic tank and partial demolition of an existing septic tank at Oak Grove Fire Station. Work also includes connection to an existing septic system with a new septic line, the installation of a new leachfield system, the installation of a new frost proof fire hydrant and miscellaneous sitework at Palomar Ranger Station. To reach project location from Escondido, CA, travel east on State Highway 78 for approximately 30 miles to Black Canyon Road, then travel north on Black Canyon Road for approximately 1.5 miles to Palomar Ranger Station. Contract time is 76 calendar days for completion of the project. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. Solicitations will be available on or about 08/17/95. See numbered Note 1. (202)
