consists of construction of 2,000 linear feet of stream channel
modification including excavation, rip rap placement, concrete
retaining walls, utility line encasement, erosion control mat, gabion
basilets, paving, chain link fence, guard rail installation, foundation
underpinning, and care and diversion of water. Specifications and 1/2
size drawings will be furnished on or about August 11, 1995 at a charge
of $7.00 per set. All requests for a solicitation package should be in
writing also with a check or money order made payable to ``FAO - USAED
- Norfolk''. Payment will not be refunded and specifications need not

date is scheduled for on or about September 12, 1995 at 11:00 a.m.
