This project consists of the construction of a 4,000 square feet maintenance hangar/pre-engineered metal building. Construction materials include turn-down reinforced concrete slab, acoustic suspended ceiling, metal stud/gypsum board walls, vinyl floor. Work includes an HVAC package system, electrical/phone service, plumbing and fire protection. Project also consists of the construction of an expanded paved aircraft parking apron. The specifications do not require the contractor to deliver, use, store, or handle hazardous material at this government activity. Anticipated opening date is 7 September 1995. Performance time will be 150 calendar days. ``This action is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns.
