The U.S. Army Constructin Engineering Research Laboratory (USACERL), Land Management Laboratory, requires research sevices in the following areas: (1) Environmental Awareness, Education and Training (includes, but is not limited to: attitudinal surveys; literature reviews, computer-based training; environmental awareness; and incident-based analysis); (2) Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance (includes but is not limited to: natural resources management; geographic information databases; and operation and maintenance of geographic information databases; and operation and maintenance of geographic information systems. The Contracts office intends to award a firm fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for a base year with two (2) additional one (1) year options. Multiple awards may be made from this solicitation. Awards may be made for one (1) line item or combinaton of line items. All responsible sources capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to submit a proposal.
