Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the following work a Shaw AFB, SC: Replace Windows in 607 Wherry Housing units. Existing windows shall be replaced with those of like dimensions and shall be new double hung, vinyl primed window units complete with trim, hardware, weather-stripping, insultated glass and insect screen. Performance period is 360 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This will be a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is being advertised unrestricted. SIC code 1751 applis. The size standards is $7 million which is a three-year average annual gross revenue. The magnitude is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This project is funded with Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation funds. Award is contingent upon the availability of funds in fiscal year 95 or 96.
