The corrected announcement is as follows: Work includes but is not limited to the following: furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to construct the new Airman Leadership School to include all utilities, parking and landscping as well as all site preparation, drainage improvements, landscape irrigation system. The building shall have a slab on grade, stell structure, stucco walls, sloped standing seam metal roof and decorative interior finishes. Provide complete architect, civil, landscape, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems. Construction shall have all new walls, ceilings, windows, doors, hardware, trim, finishes, mechanical and plumbing, electrical includig panels, electrical service, service drop from pole, power, lighting, telephones, fire detection and alarm systems, computer network wiring for basewide network, and complete fire suppression system. This action is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should indicate interest, in writing, as early as possible but not later than 10 calendar days of tis notice by providing to the Contracting Office as a minimum the following information: (a) a positive statement of eligibility as a SDB concern; (b) a positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract as a prime contractor; (c) evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and point of contacts and telephone numbers; (d)provide evidence of bonding capability o the maximum magnitude of the project to include both single and aggregate totals. All of the above must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on the availability of interested SDB concerns by close of business 10 calendar days from the date of this notice, this solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies are requested from all concerns as well as from SDB conerns. The magnitude of this solicitation is between $250,000 and $500,000. Project requirements will be made available on or about 8 August 95. All work accomplished will be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings.
