The work also includes the reinsulation of various pipe runs in the mechanical room of Building ''D'', and the installation of a concrete slab, as indicated and specified, complete and ready for use. The proposed contract is being considered for 100 per cent small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns shall as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer, evidence of capability to perform (four references for similiar work, contract numbers, points of contact and phone numbers), letter from bonding company certifying maximum level of bonding for the proposed project, affirmative statement requesting set-aside action and intent to bid, and a positive statement of eligibility as an SDB concern. Information previously submitted for other solicitations shall not be considered for this action.
