DeLong, Contracting Officer, (703) 274-8362/63 Defense Fuel Supply Center desires to purchase a paperless means of collecting order, invoice, and receipt data for the Bunkers and Into-Plane Fuel purchase programs through the use of magnetic strip technology. This service should provide themeans to collect data electronically from approximately 120 Bunker and 400 Into-Plane locations worldwide and send the data to a processing center for forwarding to the DFSC automated payment and accounting systems via the Defense Automated AddressingService Center's computer network. This service will be similar to commercial credit card services, but the use of a commercial credit card is not an option.
