Utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the SDARNG will issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) DAHA39-95-Q-0020 on/about 19 July 1995. This RFP is for a jump trailer (purchase request W5BM1S-5157-9001). Evaluation factors for award shall be the price, delivery date, equipment compatibility, and the vendor's past performance. Another evaluation factor will be the verification from South Dakota Department of Transportation personnel that the proposed jump trailer, hitched to the Government-owned semi-tractor MDL M920 (National Stock Number (NSN 2320-01-028-4397), hauling Government-owned Scraper, Earth Moving, Caterpillar Brand MDL 621B (14CY capacity) (3805-01-153-1854) will be approved for weight/dimensional. The anticipated award date is o/a 16 August 1995. Only written quotations will be accepted in respose to the RFQ. In accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, this procrement is set aside for small business only. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5012. The applicable small business size standard is no more than 500 employees. All requests for the RFQ must be provided in writing and include business size information.
