Mitchell at (520) 527-3540 Cave Springs Campground Rehabilitation, Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff, Arizona. This project consists of furnishing and installing a water service control building, waterline and hydrants. Roadway rehabilitation consists of reconstruction and re-aligning some campsite parking spurs, removing existing asphalt and placing of new pavement. Wood and rock parking barriers are to be added, existing barriers removed and/or reinstalled. A chip seal shall be applied to the entire interior road system. Two existing toilet buildings shall be partially remodeled to provide for accessibility by the physically challenged. This project is located approximately 16 miles south of Flagstaff, Arizona and approximately 10 miles north of Sedona, Arizona, The project legal description is: T19N, R6E, Section 34 G&SR Meridan. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 22, 1995, at the site at 9:00 a.m. Issue date is August 8, 1995. Bid opening date is September 5, 1995, 2:00 p.m. local time.
