Services, Nonpersonal: To furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools and parts necessary for the maintenance of the 3-A Computer System. The 3A computer system provides Autodin message routing and delivery service for all of Air Mobility Command's (AMC's) airlift data processing requirements for transportation. This system consists of a Honeywell DPS 8/70 that was installed in 1982. Responsible for all system maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled. It is the Governments belief that these services are available only from Wang Federal Systems, Inc. Inasmuch as this equipment is of special design, parts, and specialized components manufactured. Other organizations having the ability to furnish this service are invited to submit information as to their capabilities and any pertinent data within 45 days of this announcement.
