The U S Postal Service (USPS) is seeking sources for technical support, maintenance and training of the Postal Computer Aid Design (PostalCAD) mapping system. The PostalCAD is a USPS developed system that operates on the AutoCAD general purpose drafting system. PostalCAD is customized via AutoCAD to provide an integrated Computer Aided design/Georgraphical Information System (CAD/GIS). The required support encompasses the following areas: A. PostalCAD software maintenance 1. Windows - VisualBasic and Windows Help 2. Route restructuring - Line of Travel Editor and Database Import/Export B. Technical support - Telephone and bulletin board system (BBS) support (40 hrs/wk) - Data conversion and on-site support (40 hrs/wk) - Administration (40 hrs/wk) - Management (20 hrs/wk) C.
