This is a notification of intent to acquisition in accordance with FIRMR 201-29.803. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. All responses to this synopsis shall include pricing date. If no affirmative written documentation/technical specifications are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis to the effect that comparable source is available or that it is more advantageous to the Government than purchased from the ADP schedule, orders will be placed with Ingres, 1801 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852 against their GSA contract GS00K94AGS5822.
