Aniton, 513/257-2698, Contract Specialist The Air Force of Technology (AFIT), at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH has a requirement to upgrade to Novell Netware 4.1 from 3.11 including: 1300 Nodes of Any Netware to Netware 4.1 upgrade, 16 copies of NFS Server Upgrade Protection, and One (1) Set of Netware Complete Documentation. AFIT qualifies for special pricing under Novell' Campus Licensing Agreement (CLA). The contractor must be a Novell Corporate Account Reseller to be able to offer the Novell CLA discount. An ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
