A quantity of two (2) I/J Band Down Converters in accordance with (IAW) part number (P/N) 9400 and two (2) E/F Down Converters IAW P/N 9500 with acceptance test procedures for each of the aformentioned part numbers. Down converters are to be delivered FOB destination. Telephone calls are unacceptable. Solicitation requests shall be in writing or by telecopier.
