The work includes furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and the performance of all work incidental to the replacement of sanitary sewer laterals and potable water service lines at various residental structures. The work shall include, but not be limited to, excavation/backfill, removal/replacement of bituminous pavements, concrete curb/gutters and sidewalks, new 4 inch PVC sanitary sewers, new 3/4 inch copper water lines, turf establishment and related work. The anticipated date for availability of plans and specifications is August 1995. The estimated date for bid opening is September 1995. The time for completion is 210 days and the estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is advertised on an unrestricted basis.
