This project includes but is not limited to the following: Demolition: Remove wall coverings, ceilings, carpet, registers, troffer lights, surface-mounted lights, ligting conduit, moveable partition system, and drinking fountain. Building Modifications: New suspended acoustic ceiling, floor and wall finishes, partition walls, insulation, cabinets, countertops and window coverings. Mechanical work includes but is not limited to an additional rooftop HVAC unit, new ductwork and registers, calibration and balancing. Plumbing work includes but is not limited to a new sink with associated water waste and vent lines. Electrical work includes new lighting, emergency egress lighting and exit signs, new telephone data and electrical outlets with conduits and breakers.
