NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION IS GEOGRAPHICALLY LIMITED TO FIRMS LOCATED WITHIN A 75 MILE RADIUS OF THE VAMC-BUFFALO, NY in accordance with VAAR 805.207(b). This acquisition is SET-ASIDE for emerging small business under SIC Code 8712 - Architectural Services (Other Than Naval). An emerging small business is defined as a business whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard application to the SIC code assigned. The numerical size standard for SIC 8712 is $2.5 million. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded. Award is subject to the availability of funds. All interested, eligible parties are invited to submit qualifications to the Contracting Officer in the form of SF254 and SF255. Please ensure that all required information is submitted and accurate.
