The Contractor shall excavate the indicated areas to perform the work then backfill and compact properly the affected area. All work shall be done in strict accordance with plans and specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract, and in accordance with EPA and local regulations. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract completion time is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
