This project involves the renovation work in the theater which includes replacement of theater seating, upgrading of lighting, refinishing of walls, replacement of floor tile and painting. Incidental removal of asbestos and lead containing material found in the existing VAT flooring and walls are also required. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 15, 1995.
