The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to perform all work associated with: Remove and replace existing doors; remove and replace existing windows; provide and install new vinyl siding over existing wood siding, deteriorated wood siding shall be repaired; remove and replace existing storm doors; provide and install new doorbells for all doors; provide and install new mini-venetian blinds for each window; repair/replace deteriorated fascia and soffit, provide new coil stock over all fascia, soffit and exposed wood surfaces, provide additional ventilation on soffit; properly disposed of all lead contaminated debris due to demolition; paint all exterior metal and masonry portions; remove existing storeage sheds and replace with storage shed as designed.
