The work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment required to replace stairs and walkway, the work includes demolition of wood framed stairs and walkway. Providing aluminum walkway, handrails, and spiral stairs. Providing roll-up counter door in wood framed wall and relocating existing hose bib and exterior light and related work. Estimated range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million.
