Primarily facility is a 77,294 SF direct support maintenance shop which is a steel framed structure with exterior skins of glass fiber reinforced concrete panels or thin shell concrete panels. The foundation consists of continuous and spot footings; floor slab is slab-on-grade. The project also includes a fuel station, sentry staiton, oil storage bulding, hardstand and POV parking. Supporting facilities include utilities, electric service, IDS, EMCS connections, security lighting, fencing, paving, walks, curbs and gutters, information systems, and site improvements. Evaporative cooling will be provided in the administrative areas. Heating will be provided by self contained gas fired units. Air conditioning will be provided in special environmental area. Estimated Cost Range: $10,000,000 to $25,000,000 - - Bids sets available at $54.95 for half-size and $133.45 for full-size. No individual sheets of half-size drawings may be purchased.
