The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to observe the testing of, and to perform inspection and certification of elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, and wheel chair lifts, report equipment deficiencies to the Contracting Officer, and execute and post inspection certificates as appropiate. This will be a 100% Indefinite Quantity type contract. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Solicitations will not be mailed to firms within a twenty mile radius of the issuing office.
