The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) plans to isssue a sole source contract to Network Systems Corporation (NSC) to provide technical support for Transaction Processing System (TPS) 210 software. TPS 210 software is used in support of HyperChannel equipment installed at IRS computing and service centers. The basic requirements are to assist in writing exits to TPS 210 to allow for: BLOCKING/DEBLOCKING OF MESSAGES LARGER THAN 4K, SEQUENCING/RESEQUENCING OF BLOCKS ASSOCIATED WITH MESSAGES, SESSION MANAGEMENT AND SESSION ROUTING.
