The Government intends to make a non- competitive award under Industrial Mobilization (FAR 6.302-3) to Varian Associates, Inc. to maintain their capability to rebuild the AEGIS tetrode, power grid tube. Delivery to commence 30 September 1995. Minimum quantity of 120 tubes with delivery to be completed in February 1996 . The maximum potential quantity, inclusive of options, is 500 with delivery to be completed no later than September 1997. F.o.B. destination applies. Note 23 applies.
