The equipment required is available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of system will satisfy these requirements. Interested persons have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e. technical specifications, brochures, and price list) in the areas of proprietary hardware and software. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis.
