This project is to provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to replace bridge #74 with 2 - 54'' concrete culverts at Fort McCoy, WI. Project will include removal of existing timber beam and pile bridge and dispose of off the installation. Timber and pile are creosote impregnated. New work will involve installing two new fifty-four (54'') inch concrete culverts with headwalls and aprons; install guard rail on both sides of road; and provide dewatering, bypass channel, pavement repair, and other work required to complete the project. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Performance time is 90 days. Requests for this solicitation must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check, or money order payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package.
