The proposed project is a 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business concerns (SDB). The work involves two projects located within the main hospital as follows: (1) A-35 - Repair six bathrooms, including replacing gypsum wall board (GWB), toilet partitions, ceramic tile flooring. Replace acoustical tile ceiling with GWB. Install ceramic tile wainscot, infant changing tables, mirror and nurse call stations. (2) Pkg A-57, Install various size circulation pumps and supporting piping. Replace steam heat exchanger with electric heat exchanger. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 3, 1995.
