Collect data using an altimeter scanner over journada experimental range near Las Cruses, New Mexico. The contractor shall collect laser altimeter scanner data using a fixed wing aircraft. The laser altimeter scanner data shall be able to measure relative elevation accuracies of three (3) inches or less. The data will be processed to provide raw 3-D spatial point data consisting of a Point Identification Number (PIN) for each data point and an associated absolute x (laditude), y (longitude), and z (elevation above sea level) value. Data shall be provided to the Government in ASCII format. Solicitation packages will be made available on or about August 1, 1995, from the address shown above by WRITTEN REQUEST ONLY.
