The Air Force intends to establish a contract for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the C5/C141 Aerial Refueling Part Task Trainer (ARPTT), to include the services of a qualified C5/C141 flight instructor. Also required will be the operation of a Training System Support Center (TSSC) which is located at Altus AFB, OK. The contract will be written for one (1) basic year and three (3) option years. This effort will begin 1 Oct 1996. The ARPTT systems are located at seven (7) sites within the U.S. It is unknown at this time if this will be set aside for small business only or if it will be full and open competition. If you are interested in this effort please respond with information concerning your company to include, but not limited to, the following: A. Size and brief history of company. B. Prior Government CLS or related type contracts. C. Prior CLS or related type contracts with other than the US Government. D. Management/organizational structure. E. Briefly describe your technical capability on CLS type contracts, touching on items such as logistics support, configuration management, maintenance, engineering, and overall program management.
