Puget Sound area ABR/MSRA holders who currently hold or are willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair (DFAR 217.71) prior to award, may submit a bid which will be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess a Master Ship Repair/Agreement for Boat Repair (as applicable) are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of their MSRA/ABR application and to execute the applicable MSRA/ABR without impacting the vessels availability dates. Work to be performed include: repairs to center deck hatches, wpns elevator door repairs and galley area repairs. (0194)
