These services shall include investigation of failure modes and problems using data and expertise developed by Barber-Colman through years of design and production of mechnical devices for aircraft Environmental Control Systems (ECS). Engineering problems associated with ECS require immediate support in the area of field assistance, depot transition, Operational Flight Program support and engineering for design changes due to requirements changes, parts obsolence and defects or design faults. Engineering support is required to confirm problems, provide a resolution and verify the solution. A Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract is contemplated for One Year plus four One-Year Options. Deliveries are to Tinker AFB, OK. Award may include Options. No telephone requests.
