Work includes furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and performing all operation necessary to construct a courtyard area for the 56 Medical Facility located at Luke AFB, AZ. The project includes, but is not limited to construction shade structures, fountains, walls and benches in strict accordance with developed specifications and drawings. The magnitude of this project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid documents are expected to be available on or about 21 Jul 95. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price contract. SIC 1799 applies. The proposed acquisition is set-aside 100% for qualifying Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns.
