Work shall include but not be limited to excavation and removal of crushed rock fill, repair of limestone building panels, backfill with stabilized base materials, exposed aggregate concrete flatwork, topsoil, grading, and turfing. The magnitude of this acquisition is between $100,000 and $250,000. Any resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract with performance period of 60 calendar days. Work shall not commence until September 1, 1995. The tentative issuance date is on or about July 27, 1995 and tentative opening date on or about August 28, 1995.
