Osborne, (202)260-6454 The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a competitive requirement for instructor services for its Acquisition Training for Project Officers course. The three (3) day course emphasizes responsibilities and duties associated with the pre-award acquisition process; and instructors must be subject matter experts in acquisition as well as skilled in teaching adult learners. The Agency orders approximately twenty (20) courses each year which are held at EPA Headquarters in Washington, DC and at EPA laboratories and regional offices throughout the continental United States. An indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with fixed prices per course location, including travel, is anticipated. The period of performance will include a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. This procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for viewing and electronic download through a dial-up modem Bulletin Board System (BBS) and Internet Gopher Server on or about July 31, 1995.
