The primary duties involved in this requirement are: receipt of research proposals, sorting and processing these proposals, recruiting specialized scientific and veterinary reviewers, receiving critiques, distributing critiquies to members of the review board, collating results, and mailing the final results with funding levels to the field. This is a firm fixed price contract that will be 100% set-aside for 8(a) small disadvantaged businesses. The contract will provide a base year and 4 option years.
