The effort will include the design of retrofit kits to accept redesigned engine Digital Electronic Control units, systems integration, testing support, training, integrated logistics support, and kit installations. Proposed sole source is Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation which has designed and manufactured the Navy H-60 aircraft and is the only company with the technical knowledge and data to accomplish the requirement within the required time frame.
