Laboratory is seeking a satellite broadcast network provider to
continue the distribution of its present SESC Satellite Broadcast
System data. The system provided must be a highly reliable year-round,
24-hour per day, point-to-multipoint satellite broadcast network
compatible with C-band, spread spectrum, 60 cm. micro earth stations
(investment) presently owned and operated by SESC and its many
Satellite Broadcast System users. Due to the large investment of time
and equipment used to generate, receive, and utilize these data only
systems 100% compatible with this investment will be considered.

Hawaii, and Canada. Data must be distributed to the network in
real-time, at 150 baud or faster, in standard 8-bit ASCII format. The
anticipated contract will be for a maximum of one base year plus four
